Learning & Development Specialist - Medical Training

The Position:

Key account manage a specific area of business under the Group Medical Training remit. You will also be responsible for the design and development of Occupational Health and First Response focused programmes in order to meet line department requirements. The L & D Specialist Medical Training will ensure compliance with GCAA, Ministry of Health Guidelines, ISO 9002-2002 standards, National and International Occupational Health and Safety regulations and medical standards, and continuing approval and accreditation by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.

Job Outline

Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) in order to ensure existing course material is relevant and meets the learners` needs and the needs of the line department, and to identify future training needs. TNAs would also be conducted where new programmes come on stream to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material and meet the needs of the respective line departments. To assist training managers in auditing reviewing and evaluating training programs to ensure compliance with industry best practices
